From creepy crawly gummy worms to classic gummy bears, and a whole lineup of spook-tacular sweets, we’ve got something for every candy fiend. So if you’re ready to indulge in the most fang-tastic, deliciously wicked candies feel free to reach out to us so that we can fulfill your sweetest cravings! We can’t wait to share our spooky treats with you—and trust us, once you’ve tasted our candy, there’s no going back.

We want all your candy moments to be sweet—but we also aim to keep things crystal clear when it comes to returns and refunds.

 

 No Refunds on Custom Items

Please note: We do not offer refunds on personalized or custom-made products. This includes:

  • Our custom Pick N Mix selections

  • Pre-packed Pick N Mix goods

These items are crafted specially for you, and once packed, they cannot be returned or refunded.

 

 Eligible Returns

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You email us at thecandycrypt@gmail.com within that 14-day window

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

 

 Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please understand that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized Pick N Mix products

  • Products that are damaged, deteriorated, or expired

  • Items that have been opened or unsealed after delivery (for hygiene reasons)

  • Incomplete returns (missing items or packaging)

  • Goods mixed with other items post-delivery

 Sale items are also non-refundable.

 

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must keep all packaging (inside and out)

  • Email us photo evidence of the damage and include your invoice

We can’t process refunds without these details.

 

 Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods are received and reviewed.
